Built and finished by 3 generations of sheet metal workers.
The grey protective plastic is to protects the Stainless during the build.
We don’t build our trucks on the weekend or in a garage we have a full running equiped facility.
TRUCKS ARE ACID WASHED INSIDE PRIOR TO BUILD
FLOORS AND CEILINGS ARE VERY STARIGHT
Trucks are finished with All electrical and plumbing OUT OF SIGHT, no ugly dirty pipes to clean or look at.
All our truck go through a maintenance check list prior to build. All cooking equipment is brand new unused with 1 year warranty from manufacture.

1) Stainless 3 compartment wash sink -New.
1) Stainless hand sink with splashguard -New.
1) 10ft Stainless exhaust hood-New
1) Instant hot water heater 4 gallon-New
1) Jet water pump 12volt for sinks -New.
Both fresh and grey water tank 20% larger not 15% like others -NEW
All gas lines have independent gas regulators, vales + main cut off
2) 3ft x 4ft service windows sliders-New
Inside / outside service counter stainless-New
1) 8ft window Awnig with locks with pneumatic lifts .
1) 100 lb propane tank-New
1) 50 amp to standard connection plug to power panel- New
1) 125 amp electric panel- New

Tires have plenty of long miles left.
Fluids have been changed and road tested.
If the cooking equipment is’nt what you want we will credit you back the cost of the equipment and install desired equipment of your liking.
RUNS GREAT TRUCK HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY CERTIFIED MECHANICS.
WE BUILD 10 TRUCKS PER MONTH.
We have 3 trucking companies that can ship your truck if desired.
3rd party company that will help design your custom wrap, we pay 1/2 the cost
